Wahaca pop-up restaurant
I really enjoy photographing the city at night, capturing the bright lights and vibrant colours. When the Wahaca pop-up restaurant turned up on the Thames Southbank almost overnight I headed straight down there with my camera.
Crafted out of eight recycled shipping containers, a neon caravan and a lot of fluorescent lighting, the food and people-watching is nearly as good as the photo opportunities.
It’s right in the middle of one of my favourite areas of the Southbank, sitting between the Skate Park, book market and the Festival Hall. There’s always something different going on.
